Lifestyle&Culture:: Are “Zeddians” Downing More Than One Too Many?

The question here bares answering, and from a vantage of a non-stonner, this observation may seem more bias than logical, well of course thats if you are prone to “feeling no pain” yourself from time to time, or most of the time actually.

I like to believe that there are three kinds of drinkers, and whether you agree or not and with four to the floor juice that would get you numb faced for just ZMW 1.5 like Kachasu(moon shine), a brew that if consumed worth this amount and you are left standing, deserve a lifetime achievement award, which for the record is in fact pure ethanol (literally) and sold almost on every other corner of slums as “wine”.

1. There’s the well functioning addict i that doesn’t go out to binge drink say on a daily basis. They’ll sip a glass or two and it has to be at say… a wedding, matebeto or event.

When asked the question do you take alcohol, their answer more often than not would be “No, Just occassionally!”, that’s the occasional stonner.

2. Every Family has one, whether it’s extended family or just immediate. One that by no doubt has a higher concentration of Ethanol than H2O flowing in their system.

Apart from the delayed coordination between their body and brain coupled with slurred speech. They’ll drive you safely home. They have been at it for a while.

For you or I, mere mortals, when stonned, two becomes four. For them, the only thing standing between them and tonight’s game is a speeding ticket, a breath test, which they loath, and a couple of relief pit stops along the way.

This is the “Chronic Drinker”. For the most part, they are the funniest individuals in a family setting on and off of intoxication, and for the least part, the ones we love the most, which sucks when you have to see them have alcohol induced seizures.
